Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or general exchanges.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the original condition you received it, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
Return cost: Free
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IN STORE PICKUP
All items on the website are available for in-store pickup even if they are not on the shelves in store. If you order an item for instore pickup, we will keep your items on location at 17 RAILROAD ST, FREEVILLE NY, if we are not available at that location, your items will be waiting across the street at TOADS II ICE CREAM OASIS.
