Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship anywhere within the United States. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Rare Loot Collectibles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an address error results in a returned package, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Pre‑Orders & Special Items

Pre‑order items ship once they are available. If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, they may ship separately.
