A vibrant, neon-fuchsia Citadel Layer paint formulated with smooth, high-quality pigments. It is designed to provide clean layering, punchy mid-tones, and eye-catching highlights over darker pink or burgundy foundations, drying to a professional matte finish. Packaged in a 12ml pot.
