Technical: Ardcoat (24ML)

A dense, transparent Citadel Technical paint that delivers a crystal-clear, high-gloss protective finish over dried paint layers. It provides a smooth, reflective surface that is perfect for simulating wet environments, polished glass, gleaming gemstones, and highly reflective varnishes. Packaged in a 12ml pot.

What it’s good for:

~ Applying a brilliant, wet-look finish to realistic slavering alien jaws, fresh blood effects, venomous stinger tips, and swampy terrain features

~ Coating individual lenses, targeting optics, cockpit glass, and magical gemstones to give them a believable, light-catching depth

What it goes well with:

~ Any dried Layer or Base paint (Technical finish: apply a thin coat of 'Ardcoat directly over your finished paintwork to instantly shift a matte surface into a high-gloss focal point)

~ Lahmian Medium or Contrast Medium (Technical tools: if the gloss is too intense for your liking, you can blend 'Ardcoat with a matte medium to create a satin sheen, or use it to protect decals from tearing on smooth armor panels)
